Helpful and courteous on phone...willing to barter on prices...fast delivery...top quality product (I know because I called Premier Copper directly before ordering to make sure I wasn't buying a second quality sink)

Loved the bath items, fast shipping, can't beat the price anywhere!

I purchased shower system products from Quality Bath on multiple occasions over the last 9 months. Prior to placing my order online the first time I called to ask detailed questions about the product I was purchasing. I saw the product online on multiple websites and some of the pictures of the product were contradicting between the sites. I was able to confirm the shower system components, materials used in the product construction and the look and feel with a representative from Quality Bath. I did my research on the product and so did the representative. She knew what components would work at the same time with standard installation and which would not. This was key to placing my purchase with Quality Bath. Since that first purchase, I have order additional shower components, such as additional shower jets and a volume control, to expand and totally customize my shower system. The system is beautiful and elegant. I am very pleased with my product and the service I received from Quality Bath.

Price for farmhouse sink was much lower than other sites. Loved the help text for the options that I had to choose for the order - didn't see this elsewhere and it saved me from ordering an option that I didn't need and spending over $100 extra. Order status was helpful and quick. Shipping was SUPER fast - product came wrapped well to prevent shipping damage. Overall, a great experience. Would order again.

Fast shipping, great quality product

At first I was hesitant to place a high ticket order on line After speaking with a rep from Quality Bath I felt reassured my order and or return would be honored. The two Robern medicine cabinets were delivered One package had broken glass shelves that were promplty replaced. Upon the second replacemnet one shelf was cracked and after contacting Leah at Quality she assured me the glass shelf would again be replaced. I can only say thank you for prompt, courteous and quick service.. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to refer Quality Bath

QualityBath far exceeded my experience of any online shopping, with not only their price, but also their expertise. When I was about to order the wrong item for my bathroom, they promptly provided the appropriate alternative. When one of the items was going to be backordered, I was immediately contacted and provided an ETA. The actual arrival date was 3 weeks earlier than the estimate!

Their web site was confusing enough that I ordered the wrong item. I had to pay out all over again for a replacement from them and I got a letter with seven instructions on it that makes me think I won't be getting a refund for the incorrect item. I also have to pay shipping on the return. This makes what was once a good deal not such a good deal at all. When I complained to customer service about the unclear web page (all of the sinks have undercount kits listed in the specs, even if they are drop in), I got a snippy reply. I hope I get a refund for the original incorrect item. Also I had to type this comment out twice and that's annoying too.

Quality Bath has provided superior products at fair prices with extremely fast shipping. One of my borders had certain components that were on back order. Quality Bath reached out to inform me immediately. They offered me options and they followed up which added a layer of comfort to my purchase unlike a lot of online purchases. Quality Bath really seems to care about their customers. I will definitely be suggesting them to my business associates and friends in the future.
