I ordered a granite sink that arrived cracked. I didn't see the crack until after the deadline for reporting damage so I sucked it up and ordered another. This one also arrived cracked. When I called in on the second one Quality Bath gave me a refund AND worked with Elkay to get me a no-cost replacement on first!

My designer & I called to get specific information about our order. The whole process was super easy & smooth.

We were gutting two bathrooms on a relatively modest budget. Because we wanted to maximize the "upscale" look as much as possible, we searched everywhere for the best prices on our "splurges". QualityBath had what we were looking for at the lowest price. We had two large orders (2 vanities and 2 frameless shower doors) which were shipped in a timely manner. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy, and communication about the progress of the order was helpful.
