Is shipping really free?
Yes! QualityBath.com offers free shipping on all orders above $75, across the United States’ 48 contiguous states. If your total order is under $75, you will incur a $9.99 surcharge.
If you would like the order delivered to one of a handful of isolated U.S. locations, special shipping arrangements need to be made and they entail additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for shipping costs to these unique destinations.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Quality Bath processes every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping time varies based on factors such as product type, stock status and shipping destination. We work to expedite the process as much as possible, and usually have the product on its way to you within one business day from when you place the order or it reaches the warehouse. Please note that custom/specialty products, or products on backorder, can take up to several weeks until delivery is possible.
You can verify the estimated delivery date for individual products, before placing your order, on each product page. For all orders, you will receive an email within one business day after order confirmation informing you of the estimated delivery date. You can track order and delivery status by logging in to your account or clicking on the link we will email you.
I don’t live in the United States. Can I still place an order?
QualityBath.com has satisfied customers around the globe due to our spectacular product selection and pricing. If you do not live in the United States and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team and they will be glad to help you.
Please bear the following in mind:
- Shipping outside the United States is not free. Prices are based on size, weight, value and shipping destination.
- You are responsible to verify that items can be legally imported into the destination country.
- You are responsible for all taxes, customs regulations and duties imposed by destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items that were seized by customs and not returned to us.
- Prepayment by credit card is required for all costs related to international delivery.
