Is shipping really free?

Yes! QualityBath.com offers free shipping on all orders above $75, across the United States’ 48 contiguous states. If your total order is under $75, you will incur a $9.99 surcharge.

If you would like the order delivered to one of a handful of isolated U.S. locations, special shipping arrangements need to be made and they entail additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for shipping costs to these unique destinations.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For all orders, you will receive an email within one business day informing you of the estimated delivery date. Once an order is on its way to you, we will send you a link where you can follow delivery progress. You can always remain up to date on your order status by logging into your account on our website.

I don’t live in the United States. Can I still place an order?
