When can I expect my delivery?

You can check your order status at any time using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email or by checking the order status page in your account.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

Please make sure that the delivery service will have the access necessary to complete the delivery at the time it is expected. If you live in a gated community, please make the necessary arrangements in advance to allow access. If, for any reason, you believe that the delivery service may have difficulty delivering to your home, please let us know in advance.

For larger items
(such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets)

Freight delivery is guaranteed only until your curbside, which means the driver will not be able to bring it into your home. Please ensure that someone else will be able to do that.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

For larger items

Large items will require a signature. Please make sure someone will be present at the time of delivery and will be able to inspect the item and sign the delivery receipt. You will be responsible for anything he or she does or doesn't do, as if you were there to receive it yourself.


For smaller items
(such as faucets, small sinks, door knobs)

Smaller items are delivered via FedEx Ground or another ground shipping service, and generally do not require a signature upon delivery. Once the delivery company records your order as delivered, we cannot assume any further responsibility, so if you'd like to require a signature upon delivery for small items, please let us know.

How should I inspect my delivery?

For the smoothest experience, we highly recommend inspecting your shipment in the presence of the delivery driver. If you find damaged items, refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect it in the presence of the delivery driver but the boxes appear to be damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and inspect your items as soon as you can.

In all cases, you must notify us of any damage or missing parts within 7 days of delivery. Please send us photos and keep the original boxes and all protective packaging material. Reach out to us at 800.459.9910 or [email protected] and we'll make things right.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Please double check with any household members or neighbors to see if they might have retrieved the package for you. If you have multiple entrances, take a look around there as well.
