I feel that QualityBath is a company that actually cares about their customers. I had to cancel 2 items in my order due to me ordering the wrong size, and they immediately credited me with no questions asked. The toilet I bought was packed so good it took me 1 hr to get it out of the package. Awesome way to pack to make sure the product did not break. I have not yet installed the toilet but I'm pretty sure everything is ok.
