Easy and expedient- great packaging and good delivery time

I found the Quality Bath website and looked at the products I was interested in. The prices were very competitive. I called for assistance. Dov took my call and was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and just plain friendly. A very easy transaction. He knew his stuff, made recommendations and knew what I forgot to order. He and shipping worked with me to ensure timely arrival of the most critical components. All in all a wonderful shopping experience. I bought many items for my bath and was very pleased. Would return again to the site in a heartbeat when my next need arrives.

They were great from day one. I emailed before I had even placed an order with some questions. They replied within HOURS! There was a bit of a mix-up with my order via FedEx and they offered to ship out a second sink overnight so I didn't have to reschedule my contractor appointment. Always pleasant to talk to and top notch customer service. Could not have asked for anything more!

My shopping experience with Jack at QualityBath was very positive. Jack was very helpful and timely in replying to quotes and when I made changes. I placed the order and had the goods waiting in the warehouse while my contractor finished his last job. Unfortunately, 2 months after I placed the order, a tragedy struck our family and we had to abandon our remodeling plan. For Madeli, it was passed their 30 days return window and they refused to take back the goods. Janet who worked in returns pleaded with Madeli on my behalf and Madeli reluctantly agreed as a courtesy. I really appreciate all the effort the staff at QualityBath put into this transaction. Thank you.

Called to ask if a certain sink was in stock to which I was told that it was not going to be in stock for another 3 months. I was disappointed as I was thanking the customer service representative for looking into it for me, but then she added that even though the sink I wanted was not in stock, there was a sink that was extremely similar in aesthetics and the best part.... it was $100 cheaper too. The sink arrived quickly and was not damaged in any way. Excellent product and even better customer service. Thank y'all!

Ordering online for a complete bathroom remodel was a daunting task before I spoke with Sara. She was able to walk me through my options and tailor a quote to suite our needs. Shipping was fast, prices unbeatable, product quality fantastic and customer service first class! I will be ordering again for future projects.

I received my order pretty fast and the product looks good. I have yet to install the shower system. Hopefully we don't encounter issues.
