Great Price, Great product

Getting replies from customer service via email was not instantaneous like it might be with other companies. However, the employees seemed friendly and helpful. My order was delivered quickly and upon inspection, it seems I received everything I purchased in good (New) condition.

We had placed an order prior to this one that had been an issue with the manufacturer not quality bath. They totally kept us informed of what was going on with the order to the best of their knowledge. They were very nice about cancelling the order and returning a part I would no longer need. When I order my shower door, I asked about delivery. They promptly returned my emails. Door arrived on time with no issues. I would definitely use them again if a need arises.
