I researched for weeks about farmhouse sinks. Every time I called Quality Bath the customer service was exceptional and extremely helpful. Of course I ended up getting the 33inch farm sink and I am extremely pleased and happy! It's simply gorgeous!

Purchasing a tub/shower glass door online and being personally responsible for the installation afterwards can be a nightmare. However, my experience with the support from QualityBath and DreamLine was spectacular. This was after paying a great promotional price, free shipping, and no tax! The "problems" encountered included one accessories box arriving damaged and small discrepancies between the documentation of the DreamLine product and the parts supplied. Calls to QualityBath was cheerfully and knowledgeably addressed and quickly remedied. There was also great coordination between QualityBath and DreamLine. We did not get to install the door until Thanksgiving weekend and DreamLine actually had technical support available on the Saturday following Thanksgiving to answer some small but necessary questions! The bottom line is that this total experience could not have been better! More than five stars, you deserve a galaxy of stars! Than you all!

I contacted Quality Bath regarding a purchase of the saniflo toilet and was completely satisfied with both the service and the product. It fit my installation needs perfectly and I have since finished my bathroom project. Thank you for your help and possible future purchases.

I specifically had shipping instructions to deliver very heavy sink to shop in rear. This information was not given to shipping company so they delivered it to front house, and blocked tenants entry to house. The sink is fine although not installed yet.

I had a great experience working with Dov. I had only one issue which was their religious holiday schedule made it difficult to reach people when I had questions. However I wanted to order from them because they had excellent customer service and pricing. they were extremely professional and apologetic and handling my concerns.

I called to order a sink I saw on their website. The only reason I called was because I had seen it the one day and it was on sale but I wanted to show my husband before ordering. When I went to order it the next day they were closed for a holiday. I called as soon as they reopened because on the website the price had changed. The gentleman I talked to said it was no problem and gave me the sale price. It was very nice of them! The sink is beautiful!

accidentally placed a duplicate order and had to call in to get it straightened out. staff was readily available and handled my request seamlessly. ordered an apron front farm sink and matching hardware, both delivered right on schedule!
