Packing and shipping went very well - arrived in perfect shape and on time. At my request, customer service held my shipment order till it would arrive after I got back from out of town.

I ordered 2 pair of mirrored cabinets and decided to change the size of one pair. Dov handled the change without any headache or hassles. Later I realized that a coupling spacer was needed to pair these, but wasn't ordered. Again spoke to Dov and the parts arrived later that week. All in all a most pleasurable online shopping experience.

Quality products. The pricing is better than other sites with comparable products.

Ordered a Hansgrohe shower and tub set from Qualitybath.com, including thermostatic valve. Some of the products (shower bar, hand shower, shower trim (knobs)) turned out to be flimsy, cheap-feeling plastic. Called customer service and the rep claimed she called Hansgrohe and was told that "plastic is better than metal" for shower trim. I feel really stupid for believing her. Now I'm stuck with garbage for bath hardware. The hand shower holder no longer stays up, and the shower head leaks water out of the sides. I also recall there was a hefty "restocking fee" if you tried to return an item. Overall a very shady experience with this company.

I received a replacment part to fix the problem at no charge - haven't had it installed yet, but hoping it will do the trick. Appreciate QualityBaths support.

I ordered my first vanity and top from Quality Bath about a year ago when remodeling my master bath. I decided on a Ronbow Briella with the wide appeal marble top. The customer service reps were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They followed up as promised and my order arrived without a hitch. My contractor was impressed with the high quality vanity and top and so was I. It was beautiful. In fact, I loved the vanity and service at Quality Bath so much that I ordered 2 more vanities for the other bathrooms during the second phase of the remodel. Again, I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service and quality products. What more could you ask for? Remodeling projects can be stressful, but you can rely on Quality Bath to assist and deliver as promised and on time. Thanks again to the folks at Qualty Bath. Keep up the good work!

I was annoyed that I missed the opportunity to finish ordering online because the website shut down on the Sabbath, and I thought I had missed the special, but I was able to order the next day at the same rate. The price was the best on the internet, the service was speedy, and my product arrived in perfect condition. I have already returned to order again since my first purchase. LOVE Quality Bath!

As a frequent online shopper, I was incredibly disappointed to use a website that did not give me an estimated delivery date for the items I was purchasing during the order process. Delivery can be a major deciding factor that determines whether I buy from a certain vendor. The services I buy from regularly notify me of either an expected or guaranteed delivery date (usually directly related to shipping costs). Sites that do not give me this important purchasing information up front, BEFORE I place an order, drive me crazy. The only reason I took a chance on QaulityBath.com was because the products I ordered were advertised as on sale, so I assumed they would be readily available. The pick process for this order took twice as long as the delivery completion from most other sites. All products in the order were NOT available (another key piece of information that most vendors share BEFORE an order is placed) which resulted in two shipments. Those two shipments took an extremely long time to deliver (weeks, not days) and caused me quite a lot of inconvenience as I was out of town when they arrived. This is a HUGE oversight for an online distributor. You should always inform a potential customer of the lead time for delivery before they pay for a product. Like me, they might be more than willing to spend a little more elsewhere to assure the product arrives at a time that works for them. This order took a minimum of 5 days to even be placed in a box. Highly unacceptable in this day and age. I can't imagine ordering from this service again.
