The fireclay sink delivery was quick and item was well packaged/arrived without damage. We did not need the strainer so tried to return the item. Filled out required form for return authorization and have heard...nothing. It's been a few weeks so I assume the return won't be possible. Annoyed that I'm stuck with a $50 strainer I don't need.
