I spoke with John Fischl. He was upbeat, responsive and knowledgeable. He noted that one item was missing and, correctly, added it to the order. A smooth process. Delivery was timely and accurate.

I had a difficult time finding details of the product. Also, not easy to find answers on website. Could be more proactive with emails after purchase advising you of status.

It took quite a while to receive my shower trim. The manufacturer is in Georgia but it took a long time for the order to be shipped.

In addition, my sink shipped and arrived only a few days after I placed my order. Overall, I plan on shopping from Quality Bath for my next project.

Great experience. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere. Delivery was free and right on time. When it arrived, a minor part was broken and needed to be replaced. I called QuailityBath and they took care of it immediately, contacting Hansgrohe themselves and getting a replacement delivered within a week. Very pleased.

Not a single crush or rip or dent in the packaging! I ordered a sink vanity and linen cabinate and both were in original boxes then wrapped and secured to a palet! Nice job! The communication and update emails as to the progress of the order was great. We knew exactly when to expect our sink.

We installed this pump in our walk out basement a couple of years ago. It's been nothing but trouble from the beginning. I called saniflo support and they were of no help. My son was living with us and this pump is not for daily use. We have taken it apart twice, cleaned it(not for the weak) and each time it got filled up with waste and started to leak. Save yourself the $1,000 plus and install a sewage system in the ground!

Good price on product. Customer service called quickly to verify purchase as shipping & billing addresses were different. Product could have been packed in shipping box more securely, but no harm was done to product.
