I've ordered from quality bath a few times and have had A+ experience. They are professional, courteous, and have great customer service.

Buying was not difficult. Dealing with your moving company was not fun. They have lots of rules that impead the buying process. Will not deal with that again.

The price from Quality Bath can't be beat. They shipped it when they said they would ship it. I had some issues with their shipping provider-UPS Freight who never called me to schedule an appointment to deliver, who postponed the delivery appointment 3 times without notice, and then couldn't deliver on our street. That's not Quality Baths fault, but beware of that.

I have bought many items from qualitybath.com and the service and information has been excellent. Pricing is very good, too. I find that they have many items that cannot be found readily elsewhere for a good price, such as Duravit bathroom fixtures. Their customer support is very good -- they followed up on any questions that I had that they could not answer immediately. We completed a high-end renovation and we were able to find items that just would never be available at big box stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. These items were not inexpensive, but then again, I wouldn't expect them to be. The website shuts down from Friday night to Saturday night and for all Jewish holidays which was somewhat off putting but we dealt with it.

Ordering online was simple and easy. This merchant did not charge us until the order was shipped. The medicine cabinets are mirrored inside and out...the packing was amazing as well as the quality of the product.
