I had never heard of Quality Bath but they exceeded my expectations in quality & price. I would definitely order from them in the future.

We are a remodeling company and inquired about a customer's kitchen faucet which was purchased on closeout in 2009. The efficient and helpful customer service agent (Lea) found the original order right away, and contacted the manufacturer about the issue, then stepped in to expedite the shipping on a replacement part for the faucet. Our customer is very happy and Lea made my job that much easier in interfacing with the manufacturer of the faucet. Well done Lea and Quality Bath!

We will be buying more items from QualityBath.com. So far we bought 2 Latoscana 36" fireclay sinks. One arrived damaged, but we notified the store within 24 hours and they sent us a new sink without any trouble at all.

I am a designer and quality and style are very important to me. I feel I got the right sinks and I am looking forward to getting them installed and having fun with them. QualityBath had the best selection and pricing for these high end sinks.

My sales associate Mimi was helpful and professional. Our project spanned over a notable time table and she continued to check in with me and ask how she could be of assistance. Wish all our vendors were this attentive!

Easy, quick, securely packaged and shipped at a price you cannot believe. Got the sink we wanted and saved money too!

I wasn't able to take delivery of this product at my home. Quality bath worked with me at arrange alternate delivery options.

The best fit for my Elkay sink . Perfect bottom grid

I'm so glad to have found Quality Bath! What started out as a repair for a cracked shower basin turned into a full gutting of our master bath. After the sticker shock of a local high end plumbing supply company, my husband and I decided to look at online options. We were immediately drawn to Quality Bath. Their prices were at least one third of what we found at our local plumbing supply company! The website is so easy to navigate and the selections are great. I was hesitant to online shop online, but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received everything. The customer service is outstanding, too. I dealt with Jack for an issue with our tub and he resolved it quickly and efficiently. He even personally ordered my faucets to put a rush order in and they came sooner than expected. I will be sure to buy from Quality Bath for all my bath (and kitchen!) needs.

Miri at qualitybath.com was extremely helpful when I contacted her due to something I had ordered online that wasn't going to arrive in time for my bathroom remodel project. She came up with a solution and provided great follow-through until my item was received. A+ customer service!!!

My experience with this company was exactly what it should be for everyone! My questions were answered quickly and patiently., couldn't believe it! I will shop here in the future!
