My shopping experience has been great with Quality Bath. Customer service has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Even if items I wanted weren't on the website, they were able to get them for me. My only suggestion would be that if the website could have more detailed explanation of the item. I find I have to go to different websites to get this information.

Well the sink cost less than half the local price for a start. Ordering was efficient and the sink arrived on the day you said, which was four days after I ordered it; and I live on the west coast.
The prices are cheaper than elsewhere online, but it's a shame there's no real-time availability displayed on the site. You can call, during business hours, or just go ahead and make your purchase, and find out in a few days if they actually have any of the product or not.
