We love the way the tub looks... We did however exprerience issue when it drained.. There was a puddle on one side that would bot drain .. However, the company was quick to replace it... The new one has a slight issue with small place not draining so we think that it may be inherent to the fabrication of the acrylic freestanding tub.. This puddle should dry up quickly ... Probably need to have a good squeegee on hand to use after bathing!

The ordering process was great. The only complaint is that the freight company was difficult to deal with and it took around 2 weeks to receive our item.

Its too early too comment. I also just ordered a $1800 cabinet from QB. It is custom made from the factory and has a 4 week lead time. When it is delivered QB policy requires I look the product over in totality to insure it was not damaged during shipping. While that is OK, the problem is a lot of curbside shippers will not let you look it over because it means taking the product out of the packaging. Many shippers required you sign before they even take it out of the truck. If the product was damaged during shipping and you are unable to look it over (that means unpacking the giving the item a through look over), its impossible to check for damage. QB policy is once you sign you own it damaged or not and they will not honor a return if it is damaged and you don't find out till after you take the item out of the package and look it over. So we will see on this. I need to call QB to find out who their shipper is and what the curbside policy is on signing for delivery and if they will take it out of the truck and un-box to allow me to assess for damaged before signing.

TBD - I've asked for Quality Bath to assist with resolving the issue of the wobbly faucet, as Graff has not been willing to offer any assistance other than a temporary fix.
