I'm most impressed with Quality Bath's excellent prices for quality products that can cost double or more in other places! But most importantly, I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service! My large farmhouse sink arrived shattered, & they had a replacement shipped out that same week with absolutely no hassle! I'm a Quality Bath cheerleader!!

Overall satisfied. Price vs. value very good. Except I wasn't aware that the product was not in stock but was ordered from the manufacturer at the time my order was place and therefore took longer to get here than expected. Don't know if this was disclosed anywhere - I don't remember seeing a note to that effect when ordering.

Everything was extremely easy. Between me and my contractor I think we spent over $8k. If we ever do anymore work to the house, QualityBath will be my first stop.

Qualitybath has the best customer service - not just friendly but people who really can help and understand the support needed when you are making large purchases over the internet. I redid my kitchen this summer. I looked many places for a sink and facet. After I found what I wanted, Qualitybath had the best prices. I was worried about buying over the internet but the knowledgeable friendly staff made it easy! I found my sales person more knowledgeable then most that were in a store. I had one issue and they took care of completely -- even when they really could have said no. EXCELLENT! Would use them again.

I'm so impressed with this company and its awesome customer service! My representative was Avi and he did such a great job replying quickly to my emails, being super helpful, and guiding me through the whole process, really going above and beyond. I can't reccomend this company enough! I had a bad experience with another popular fixture company and decided to take my business elsewhere, am I ever glad I came to quality bath! It was a very positive experience and we will be back for future projects:)
