Easy site to navigate

First let me say that I do not endorse or rate any experiences but this is an exception. With QB, my shopping experience has been superb. I purchased all my kitchen remodel needs and will be back again for the two bathroom remodels. The website is easy to navigate and shop for various products. Specifications and manufacturer's materials are easily to link to and download. Customer service/order status emails have been timely, informative and I have been kept apprised of all my shipments. Given that I don't have the time to shop around to various stores for my needs QB has made it very easy for me to find what I am looking for and make the purchase. Remodeling has been stressful enough, but QB has made it so easy its stress-less!

Excellent customer service. I was notified immediately after my order was placed that there would be a long ship time since the items were coming from Europe and given the opportunity to withdraw the order. I pro- needed with the order and was happy to receive it a month early and then Quality Bath got it to me as soon as it arrived at their warehouse. Very pleased.
