I was very unhappy with Quality Bath, was sent a defective product, did not get a discount or return. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Beware!

The site was easy to shop. The emails regarding my shipment were accurate and timely.

Quality Bath had great prices on the style of lighting and bath fixtures we were looking for. The items we ordered arrived as expected and were in perfect condition. We were very happy with the whole experience.

I had an excellent experience with Ouality Bath customer service. I place my order, but had to call back and change the "cut" in the sink. The person who helped me both times was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Generally a very good shopping experience. Only reason for 4 stars was that certain bath hooks (suitable for lighter towels) weren't clearly distinguished from robe hooks (which can hold heavier items) on the website which caused me to order the wrong item and necessitated a return. Otherwise I like the website, the customer service and pricing is competitive.

When all hope seemed lost I was able to find great service and the part I needed for my Herbeau from quality bath. My item shipped quickly and arrived with everything I needed. A great experience I will not forget.

Customer Service checked their inventory status for me and told me how long it would take to ship. I received exactly what I ordered and it was well packed and in perfect condition. I also thought the price of the item was very reasonable. I would recommend QualityBath to my friends.

Great value and products. The only issue was the boxes that things came in... They literally fell apart at the seams... but, no worries. It all worked out in the end.

My experience was very positive. I was unable to use the online service due to a Canadian billing address. We were shipping to our US home and using US card. However billing address was Canada and your system would not accept Canadian postal code. I left a message for Dov in the morning and he called back Within minutes and was very helpful. He honoured the pricing the pricing that expired the night before understanding that I tried to purchase prior to midnight. He was a real pleasure and made my shopping experience a positive one.
