Easy to shop & order, shipped quickly! Delivery notifications delayed so it arrived before I knew it shipped. Not a major issue, since it arrived in perfect condition. Since the return policy is limited, i was nervous I wasn't able to inspect upon delivery. Glad everything worked out!

The reason I had a great experience with Quality Bath was because they carry high end quality kitchen brands that are difficult to find at your run of the mill supplier. Quality bath was easy to order from and very helpful. I would order from there again. The sink was perfect for my restoration of my 1920's cottage, very pleased.

Great customer service after bender shipped wrong item

I ordered online and the process was smooth. My only feedback is that it wasn't clear when the item would ship. An email with an estimated ship date would be great.

I appreciate the quick response and love that when the first sink arrived damaged they shipped another right away. Only negative feedback is that there seemed to be not enough communication between people there because multiple people emailed me not understanding that I already purchased a sink and faucet.
