When I went to the QualityBath.com site, I was greeted by a note that said they would be closed for the holiday and please return at the given date to place your order. While I was disappointed that I could not place my order, I felt a human connection behind the site. This is something you don't always think about. I felt that this was a company that I could trust. When I did place my order, I was notified several times about my order. As this was a fairly expensive order, I was happy that they requested it not be left if I was not home. The item was well packed and in perfect order when I did receive it. I'm very happy with QualityBath and this product.

Didn't receive the sink I ordered and then found out that it was sent to the wrong customer. It was resent to me - I received the sink almost 2 weeks after I originally thought it would arrive. It made us change many plans and was a huge inconvenience. When I told the rep about it, she told me sort mistakes happen. While I agree, mistakes happen, I also feel you make amends when your mistake affects a customer. I was told the price was already too low for a discount but then saw the sink on sale tonight for 15% off. Horrible customer service - more concerned about their bottom line then the service they provide. Will never use or recommend. This sink is wonderful but don't buy it hear. The service is TERRIBLE!! We ordered this sink and then never received it. After having to hange our plans with our plumber, I emailed and was informed there was a mistake in the warehouse and they sent us (and another customer) the wrong sink. They did end up sending us the correct sink but when I explained the situation THEIR mistake put us in, all they did was apologize and said mistakes happen. While I'll heartily agree mistakes happen, I also agree that you make amends when necessary for your mistake, especially when they adversely affect your customer. I was told the prices of the sink were already rock bottomed and they couldn't. When I opened the website tonight, the sink was discounted 15% off. So, that wasn't true at all. Please don't give this company your business.

Every thing went as expected.

Shopping was quick and easy and I got my sink very quickly. My only issue was that the online store was closed for certain holidays. I would not of minded receiving my sink later because of the holiday but I didn't understand why I could not of placed my order on line. Other than that my experience was wonderful!

I found the sink I wanted online but I wasn't sure about delivery. I called and spoke to someone and they processed by order and gave me a delivery date. Everything went so smoothly!
