Excellent customer service and the tub we ordered was perfect.

No issues or problems.

They had precisely the product I needed and it was delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

We gut renovated our bathroom and bought all our fixtures for the bathroom (sink and shower) from Quality Bath. We purchased both an overhead showerhead and a handheld with thermostatic control and - unknowingly - missed a needed item. A Shopper Assistant from Quality Bath contacted us, so advised, and saved the day. Couldn't be happier with the quality of items .... and service. We'll be back!

There was a good selection of items. The Artos Denby hydronic towel warmer is what I purchased. It looks great and works well and was the most reasonable price I could find for a towel warmer rack. We had a leak issue upon initial installation which the company expeditiously helped to resolve by sending new fittings at no cost to me. I will most certainly use Quality Bath in the future for my bath room items or accessory needs.

Great price and great quality. Love this sink! Perfect for our home. Definitely recommend getting the metal grid to protect the bottom from scratches. (With some cleanser scratches do come off easy and looks brand new!). Quality bath had the best price and shipping was quick. Would definitely order from them again!

These folks do a great job. They are responsive, professional and efficient. Josh has helped me with two purchases over a period of months, and even though I'm sure my orders have been very small in his world, he's treated me both times as though I'm his most important customer. Well done!
