I was unclear about the availability of the sink. I emailed customer service and received an answer right away stating that the sink was available and the time it would take to process and deliver it. The sink arrived when they said it would and was well packaged, which is always appreciated. Being a contractor, nothing holds up a project worse than damaged materials. I am very happy with the service that I received and have and will use Quality Bath in the future.
