When 2 of the pulls broke, I emailed pics to the company & they immediately replaced them & even threw in a few more for safe measure. I reveived the replacements with a few days. Customer service was excellent & response time was amazing! Fantastic & reputable company!!

Although I had to wait to order because of a holiday I'm glad I decided to order from Quality Bath. I love my apron sink that will be installed soon in my new kitchen. I first saw the Blanco 33' sink in a high quality local showroom and fell in love with it. I was so happy to buy it for substantial savings through your online site. I will try to remember to send a new comment back once it is actually installed. What I liked most about this sink is the fact that it will not scratch, is heat resistant and made out of an extremely durable material. I am anxiously awaiting to have it installed.
