We searched high and low to find a Farmhouse Sink with apron that was the size we wanted. We found our Latoscana 36" Reversible Fireclay Farmhouse Sink at QualityBath.com, a reminder that Quality Bath carries more than bathroom products.

I discovered QualityBath after conducting an online search for a sink I needed. Their website is very user friendly and because of that I realized they had all the products I was about to search for. When I contacted customer service for an estimated delivery time for my purchase, Jack and Avi were extremely attentive and helpful (personable and friendly as well), following through on my order - and provided prompt answers to emails, usually within minutes. Prices were amazing. My order is on it's way and I can't wait to get my QualityBath products! I'm sure they will be as outstanding as my customer service has been!

My customer service/sales person helped me with the entire purchase....and i didnt think about the strainer it sure would look strange with a stainless strainer! The matching strainer is perfect....I told my sister how Easy you made this purchase all over the phone and online..she bought Quality Bath sink and strainer after she saw a photo of mine on facebook!!!!!!!

It was difficult to get somebody on the phone because of the time difference.

I only wish I had found the QualityBath.com web site prior to purchasing my other kitchen fixtures. After the fact, the identical sink and faucet I purchased from the Big Box Store were available from QualityBath.com for significantly less money. Lesson learned!

HAD THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR A T A GREAT PRICE

I was very satisfied with the experience with one exception. I tried to order the vanity with the countertop, backsplash and basin. I got a call from customer service notifying me that the backsplash piece was back ordered by about 3 months, and if I had it shipped separately it was more likely than not going to break and that Quality Bath would only replace it once, and the replacement would have just as much of a chance of breaking. So as not to delay my entire bathroom by 3 months for a backsplash, I had to go purchase those pieces locally. It cost me about 50% more for those components using similar materials from the local shop and delayed the project by about a week and a half. I would have been more satisfied if your inventory had been up to date and I had known the true costs and situation from the outset.
