I ordered online, but did call Customer Service with a question and they were very polite and helpful!

Delivery was extremely frustrating. It wasn't able to be delivered to my house because of the weight and no loading ramp on the truck. I had to pick it up from a warehouse 30 minutes away

Very happy with the Barclay Sink and was also impressed with the customer service when I called with some questions before I purchased the Sink.
