Great customer service after bender shipped wrong item

I ordered online and the process was smooth. My only feedback is that it wasn't clear when the item would ship. An email with an estimated ship date would be great.

The process was simple and the people I spoke to were courteous and helpful. I will order through them again.

I appreciate the quick response and love that when the first sink arrived damaged they shipped another right away. Only negative feedback is that there seemed to be not enough communication between people there because multiple people emailed me not understanding that I already purchased a sink and faucet.

QualityBath has competitive prices and shipping that is fast and free. My only complaint is that the site shuts down from Friday night until Saturday night, so there's no browsing possible.
