So far, a great website setup and easy review of inventory items. Hoping shipping/delivery is as flawless!

Easy ordering, quick response from customer service, and a great price. So far, so good

Working with Akiva via email was sometimes slow because he’s so busy. Making a phone call ended up being the most efficient way to get this gas resolved. Pricing is really good!

My tub is not installed yet but i recieved it and it's beautiful. Service was excellent!

The personnel at Qualty Bath have always been a delight to work with: they respond promptly to all inquiries, they supply specific and complete answers to all questions, and product arrives on time as described and packed for safety. Split deliveries go where they are supposed to and nothing is broken. And they are really nice when you speak with them.

Very helpful staff. Our tub was delivered quickly!

Best customer service !!

Quality Bath is amazing!

Quality Bath was great to work with! Everything we ordered for our new house was shipped on time and arrived in good shape. Thanks for helping us build our dream home!

Ordered online had no problems with delivery and arrived on time plus I love the selections the store offered. I just wish I would have ordered smaller length, I'm a soaker I love to read in tub but I can't touch my feet to the other side so I slide too far down to be comfortable. I also have a hard time keeping tub clean it gets small black marks on surface I'm not sure if this is from makeup removal. I use glass cleaner like for stove tops but worry if this is ok over time.

Love my tub! Looked and looked for this width, depth and shape! Was so happy to find it at a reasonable price too. I originally sent an email with what I was looking for and heard back the next day with some options. Purchased over the phone and received a few days later. Love everything about this tub. Great quality.
