Ordering both the sink and the bar sink was an easy task. I emailed the company to get a quote and within just a few minutes, Akiva responded with the price and the anticipated ship date. I ordered both sinks and they were shipped in plenty of time to be installed in our new kitchen. It was a great buying experience. Thanks. The kitchen looks amazing. Easy to shop & order, shipped quickly! Delivery notifications delayed so it arrived before I knew it shipped. Not a major issue, since it arrived in perfect condition. Since the return policy is limited, i was nervous I wasn't able to inspect upon delivery. Glad everything worked out!

The Customer Service I received from Josh Fiscal at Quality Bath was excellent. He was very knowledgable, courteous & gave me the best deal compared to other stores. The reason I had a great experience with Quality Bath was because they carry high end quality kitchen brands that are difficult to find at your run of the mill supplier. Josh made sure my order arrived promptly on the day he said it would & always followed up with a call. I will definitely look to Quality Bath for my future kitchen & bath orders.
