Very quick and easy shopping experience

Great prices and customer service. I had an issue with the quality of my sink and it was quickly fixed.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone about my order and follow up orders treated me with respect and were always very professional. I had one item that was delayed at the manufacturers (outside the country) and the Quality Bath folks even kept tabs on the status of it for me and kept me informed along the way. Totally a quality company! I have recommended them to many of my friends.

The price was terrific in relation to what this product cost at other places. Finding the product was easy. Ordering was easy. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Great customer service. A little annoyed about there sales tactics. There sales are posted daily and set the expire within 24 hours. At our 1st visit when we where is a pinch to make a purchase I felt pressured to make it immediately before the sale price went away. Well, turns out the sale came back immediately and had the same time frame. So its a gimmick, but bottom line best deal I could find. Quick shipping and customer service available.

very easy to use on-line site

Muy order was large and i found most of What i needed online. My questions online were answered promptly by email. If the item I needed was not show online, Avi would find it. Avi was responsive, helpful, resourceful, and courteous. He helped with putting together a quote and patiently waited until I was ready to place the order. He also found great delas and good discounts. A few of my purchased items were delivered yesterday and today. I do not have all the items yet. Based no how it went so far, I have been recommending Quailty Bath to my friends.

I have not had a good expierice at all with Quality Baths customer service. I have had a few issues with pricing games played by one of the sales team members.(telling me they couldn't do better than 5% discount and the sale price is never better than that when the next week it was on sale on the site for a10% discount) But more importantly I needed to cancel an order that hadn't even been shipped out to me yet and yet I was told I am getting 25% restocking fee and shipping fees. How can I be getting charged for shipping when it hasn't been shipped anywhere? It hasn't even shipped to Quality Bath yet!

Great deal through website, quick delivery and sink was intact with no deficits

Quality Bath is a business which has met all of my needs; questions answered in a timely manner, prices are competitive, products are superb. I have no concerns or issues. Josh has been available and knowledgeable and he has a great personality.

Customer service was middling. Impossible to reach anyone at Newport Brass and Quality Bath wasn't jumping through any hoops to make sure we got a replacement quickly and easily.

A set of cross-handle taps for a bath filler turned out to come with the cartridges that would be supplied for lever taps (i.e. cold tap was clockwise for on, hot tap was counter-clockwise for on, rather than both being clockwise for on). This is not the way that cross-handle taps normally operate, and there was no indication on the listing that that is the way the taps operate. I was advised that the cartridge to correct this would need to be purchased, as it was intentional on the part of the manufacturer. The purchase process was smooth and easy, and I received good service throughout, but I think the fact that the original filler set was non-standard (without any warning that it would be) should have warranted a free or discounted part to fix the problem.
