Everything was seamless and fast! Nothing to improve on.

Dov assisted me in a very proactive manner. He noticed a discrepancy in my order (placed online), and he phoned me to check on this. Frankly, it became clear that I had mistakenly interpreted some of the technical specs, which he explained patiently. He then gave me time to select the proper shower valves for the three showers we were creating in a new home, having identified some options. He also kindly flagged a few other points in my order so that I had a chance to verify that the products selected and ordered met our objectives. I cannot thank Dov enough for his thorough and expert attention to my order, and his effort to assure that we obtained the products and outcomes we sought. This is the third home we've had in the past 15 years, and each time we bought and renovated, we turned to Quality Bath for the best products, service, and value. Never disappointed!

Got the sink for a great price and it arrived when they said it would.

When spending this much money, I prefer to discuss it by phone. Quality Bath personnel were easy to reach and knew their products. The associate I spoke with made sure I got all available discounts. When the complete order was totaled, they even had the best price! All items arrived when promised, so I was able to keep my remodel project on schedule.
