QualityBath.com provided good pricing, products and customer service. Great follow up on order confirmation and shipping/delivery status. Everything arrived on schedule and in good condition. One irritation is that Sales is not coordinated. First sales contact (phone) passed me on to second contact to confirm product availability. Second contact sent email confirmation of availability and I placed online order. First sales contact then over the course of several weeks kept sending emails asking if I was ready to order.
