Great website, good pricing, fast shipping.

Searches and searched for a good quality 'thick' farmhouse sink! Was thrilled when I stumbled across qualitybaths website. I found the perfect sink for 500 dollars leas than other top quality farmhouse sinks. When my shipment arrived and I opened the box the sink looked just like the pictures! Such a gorgeous sink and doesn't scratch easily. So happy with my purchase, I will definitely purchase through them again.

After reading the "call for availability" statement, I reached a representative that told me it would be a 7-10 day delivery. Then I received an email stating that there is a 4-6 week delay/delivery.... I called the number attached to the email and spoke to Rikki. She was able to finagle a deal with a customer whom had the same order already on hold at the NJ location. Rikki was very understanding and accommodating.

Quality bath help me choose the right product. I was concerned about excepting something from that far away. I did not need to be concerned. I was careful to be home when the delivery occurred so that I could inspect it. It was in perfect condition. It was carefully wrapped on a pallet and was delivered carefully as well.

The site is typical of one designed by marketing and sales. The better sites are influenced by customer service.

Everything was seamless and fast! Nothing to improve on.

Dov assisted me in a very proactive manner. He noticed a discrepancy in my order (placed online), and he phoned me to check on this. Frankly, it became clear that I had mistakenly interpreted some of the technical specs, which he explained patiently. He then gave me time to select the proper shower valves for the three showers we were creating in a new home, having identified some options. He also kindly flagged a few other points in my order so that I had a chance to verify that the products selected and ordered met our objectives. I cannot thank Dov enough for his thorough and expert attention to my order, and his effort to assure that we obtained the products and outcomes we sought.
