SIMPLE

excellent

Great so far. The specs link did not match, so I called and they verified the error and said the model number ensures that I will receive the correct door. Looking forward to it.

Easy

Very knowledgeable and convenient ordering.

Quick and competent! Found exactly what I needed!

Fast and easy

Because of a delay from the manufacturer, I had the opportunity to think about adding more to my bath remodel project. Vicky was outstanding in helping me with counter samples and answering questions. She was able to get my additional items added to my order which saved me shipping. Due to the delayed timing of the delivery we were going to be out of town. Vicky explained the delivery process and how the shipper could hold our vanity until we were home. Vicky at Quality Bath made the experience seamless even with a delay from the manufacturer. Our delivery is scheduled for next week which meets our needs. Many thanks!

After an initial inquiry, I got a personalized email from Akiva within minutes of reaching out. He provided a formal bid for our two faucets with a fair discount for buying two. He sent me a bunch of spec sheets and answered questions and made me feel confident that I was getting the replacements that I needed. I was very happy with the combination of online and personal for this type of purchase.

Seems quick and a good deal so far. Hope you have it in stock and will ship quick.

Never had a bad experience with QB. Dov is great. And I’ve recommended to clients as well as for my own home.

So far so good
