I've ordered multiple times and gotten great pricing and service without exception. In one case, a hig value item I had waited for over 4 months to get shipped from it country of origin came in and was the wrong finish! QualityBath contacted the manufacturer and expedited a replacement in a matter of weeks, and they credited back a portion of the price paid to boot. Who could ask for better service than that?

Two things - not all of the options from the manufacturer were available to order. Second - Website malfunctioned when ordering, said card was declined but card company said no transaction was attempted.
