Four years ago when I began selections for the home my new construction, I took a chance on Quality Bath for the first time. I worked exclusively with Mimi over those years of building challenges - yes, years - to select everything. Her customer service consistently exceeded my high expectations. When we had a product challenge here and there, she solved them without fail. She practiced easy patience with the long process and applied her vast knowledge to help me make my decisions and educate me in areas where I was weak. I had one ongoing problem from one manufacturer (after I was in the house), and she stuck it through and solved my problem - all this during a pandemic. I sing the praises of my QB experience, especially with Mimi - a true asset to the company. Truly, one of my best partnerships in the build and post the build.
