I ordered a $250 faucet from Quality Bath that turned out to be incompatible. Just initiating a return process was onerous, taking multiple emails, multiple days and authorizations, and a long list of "instructions" from the company. The worst came after I shipped the faucet via USPS. I chose USPS because the company required i pay for the shipment, however, I later realized that they "do not accept returns that were shipped via USPS". The lady i emailed with refused to look for the item and I never received the credit for my return. They kept the item, my money, and i paid for return shipment and wasted time in communication with them.

I had received a damaged shower valve. It came out of the box absolutely SMASHED. I called customer service immediately if not sooner! I left a voicemail explaining the situation to my salesperson and a follow up email mins after the voicemail. So DAYS later I did not receive any follow up or return call at all. After looking up another number to call for returns I had to contact a different person to help me. Actually it was very little help or concern at best. They explained I had to purchase another unit to get my item. So I spent a few hundred dollars more to get the item I had already purchased. Then I waited a full SEVEN days for a return label to send back the DAMAGED item they sent me. Nearly a week after that I received a partial refund for an item they sent me which was destroyed from the start of my order. I also had to pay another $100 for over night shipping because of their broken items and lack of urgency in responding to get my item.
