My experience with Quality Bath was extremely frustrating from start to finish. First, they delivered the product to the wrong address-even after I contacted them to correct it. Instead of redirecting it, they retrieved the item and didn't attempt to deliver it properly. Then, they called to say it was on its way to the correct address, followed by a confirmation email... showing it was being delivered to the old address again. I had to call multiple times, asking them to deliver it to my home. Each time, I was told the product was with the delivery company and to 'just wait a few more days.' After repeated back-and-forth, I finally received the item-only to discover it was not the product I ordered. To make matters worse, when I asked to return it, they informed me I would only be refunded half the purchase price and would have to cover shipping costs myself. At this point, it's been three months, the wrong product is still sitting in my driveway, and I still don't have a functioning bath. I truly regret not going to Home Depot where I could have picked out exactly what I needed in person, with far less hassle. I do not recommend Quality Bath to anyone.

Site is easy to navigate, pricing is competitive

I had been working on an order and adding more items, then came Saturday and the weekend sale began. We were still thinking on a laundry faucet and planned on adding the item Sunday. But when we went to add the faucet, and the weekend sale prices on our order had increased by about $400-$500. What company increases prices during a weekend sale. Very disappointed with this practice by Quality Bath.

I will rate again once I receive the merchandise!
