Hello, I returned a kitchen sink grate protector because it was too large., Unfortunately I had to pay for shipping and a restocking fee,,together the two charges were costly. I will never order from this company again.

I didn't know how many hinges I needed and I needed some to have non removable pins. I called and the person I talked to actually called Emtek to make sure we could get exactly what I wanted. The service is above and beyond, and the prices are the most competitive I found when shopping around online.
