I hunted for a specific showerhead for months, ordering it twice from other suppliers who ultimately could not deliver it for months... and so I cancelled the orders. Frustrated, I called QualityBath, who not only went to extra lengths to make sure I knew my order mattered to them, they called their own suppliers to confirm availability and then express-shipped it to me. I received customer service above and beyond what I hoped and expected. I would absolutely use them again.

The farmhouse sink is just right for the kitchen at deer camp. Right price. Right size. Looks great. Happy with it.

I purchased a Shaw 36" farmhouse sink from Quality Bath. Having several questions, I opted to order by phone. The service rep. was more than helpful in answering all my questions and placing my order. It arrived on time, thoroughly packed and protected, and is beautiful. Based on this shopping experience I would enthusiastically recommend Quality Bath to anyone!

Our Bilder told us about Quality Bath. He said they had good prices and great service. We ordered sinks and faucets when we were redoing our Kitchen Butlers/pantry/wine bar area. we ordered 3 sinks and 3 faucets and were very pleased with everything. The 16 guage sinks were much heavier than the sinks I looked at and the local home improvement store in addition to a beter price. The better quality is clear.

Customer service was helpful and shipping was quick.

I wasn't happy with the lack of communication on the delivery/order status. I had to email your customer service two different times for status updates. otherwise, the product/price were superb.

Name brand quality at affordable prices. When I realized I had failed to order a valve for one of my tubs, an oversight on my part, I called Quality and they gave me a repeat customer discount and my valve came super fast at no extra cost to me. They are great to talk to and the website is friendly and easy to use. I normally would try the Lowes/Home Depot/Menards stores first and then when I came back home disappointed in their selections I found Quality Bath and we became overwhelmed with better choices. Definately a great company to deal with.

We were originally advised a long lead time, and were presently surprised when the items shipped in full a few weeks before the estimated delivery.

I purchased the Aqua Lux frameless with brushed nickel. Gorgeous doors adds that modern flair I wanted. Installation wasn't difficult but please read instructions carefully. I checked various places prior to purchasing from Quality Bath their price was the best along with free shipping & no tax. Delivery was within one week of purchase.

Great experience buying from Quality Bath. The main thing that would prevent me from buying again is that there is a 25% restocking fee. This seems too large a fee -- and is the only "bad" experience that I might have if I order the wrong thing.
