I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Quality Bath online while looking for a fireclay sink. I ended up getting the main one and later a prep version from them. They had the lowest prices I could find, they were in stock, and they shipped very quickly. When both arrive, they had been double boxed and packaged well. I dealt with them on the phone a couple times to alter an order, and they were very helpful. What more is there to ask for?

we love this shower head. we read previous reviews and took out the filter and the water comes on full force. Use more water but don't need to stay in the shower as long.

The prices were very competitive with other online sites and the delivery was prompt. I purchased a couple items because they were recommended in conjunction with the faucets...unfortunately they were not needed so i had to return them. The return process was a bit of a hassle as i had to receive a return authorization, send only via fed ex or ups and lose a 25% restocking fee - but this seems to be normal for any product. I am still awaiting my credit after 3 weeks which is due to the vendor and not Quality Bath.
