Excellent customer service. I inadvertently ordered products that were not compatible with my sink. Someone from customer service noticed this and independently contacted me and refunded my order. Wound definitely order from here again!!

Great price for the SaniFlo SaniPlus system. Delivery was quick and the packaging was solid. The price was lower than other retailers, and they even included a free toilet seat!

I have just completed a bathroom remodel and I am starting a second. I have ordered the vanities, medicine cabinets and several plumbing fixtures from Quality Bath. They have been very reliable. The prices were some of the best I could find. Shipping was quick. I called to change one of the orders prior to shipping and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

I spent hours searching for a vanity that would fit in the small space our bathroom offered. Not only did Quality bath have the perfect item for the lowest price, their shipping was prompt and delivery perfect.

The price for the sink I wanted seemed too good to be true, but online reviews for Quality Bath were overwhelmingly positive. I decided to give them a chance, but just in case I did call ahead to make sure the sink was indeed in stock. The representative on the phone was friendly and helpful, I had my order confirmation in my inbox within minutes, and the sink shipped that day as promised. The outer shipping box arrived looking a little worse for the wear, but the sink was really packed well inside and not a piece was scratched or damaged. I am very impressed with Quality Bath and will definitely use them again!

Was thrilled with the selection, availability and lead time and everything arrived before promised. With a project on a tight schedule, this was a treat. Just sorry they didn't carry the brand of faucet I wanted...but I did look here first! (And will for future needs)

The product is in a crate at the moment so I have to hope that it will be ok when opened. The only problem is that the shipping company sent one delivery man to deliver a very heavy item (500 lbs). The delivery guy failed to mention that he'd be unable to get the item out of his own delivery truck without (a lot of) assistance. Better help with the deliveries (i.e. 2 guys to handle large items) would be nice.
