I ordered a towel warmer from Quality Bath, they had a 5% discount at the time but even their full price was lower than Amazon where I would normally buy my online purchases. The towel warmer came on time, works well and I'm very happy with my buying experience and would recommend Quality Bath to family and friends.

Quality Bath is a much better place to shop than the "Big Box Stores"!!! I was thrilled when I seen QualityBath had the tiny small bathroom sink I've been looking for all over the place for such a long time while surfing the web. Their web site showed the dimensions in nice details, so it was nice to know exactly what I was getting. Ever sink the "Big Box Stores" drove out the small Mom & Pop places where you use to get such personal service and special orders were their specialty, its been impossible to find them hard to get items for the home, so it was nice to have come across QualityBath's web site. Shipping was lightening fast, they keep you posted about the order, things went as you would expect from a quality place.

Product arrived on-time, well-packaged, and as described. The faucet seems to be of good quality; however, I have not installed it yet - I am interested to see how its longevity will be. Overall, at this time I am very satisfied with my purchase.

No issues with product or service- delivery took longer than expected, but I can't be sure if that was Quality Bath or the shipping company.

The towel bars I ordered are excellent quality and beautiful. When I decided to exchange them all from chrome to brushed nickel, they were very accommodating and did not charge any restocking fee (of course I did not open all of the boxes--only one, so they were in perfect condition.)

Shipping was wildly fast.

Great web site, beat Pacific Sales price for a Hansgrohe faucet. Emailed customer service for additional air gap order that goes with that faucet and requested to put in 1 order to avoid shipping charge, I had no problems at all Very happy. Thank you

My experience with the Quality Bath representative was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was well versed in the products that the company handles as well as with delivery dates. I was impressed by her politeness and her patience to work with a first time buyer. The product was delivered as described and as an added bonus works as well as promised. I had never heard of a toilet that uses a motor to flush away refuse before and was amazed at the quality and efficiency of the product. Hats off to her and the company. Thank you.
