The Saniflo system was delivered with only 1 of 2 required packs of connection boots, etc., and I had to call regarding this issue. I was informed that I had to send a description of the missing parts, which was quite difficult to determine from the included instructions manual. I did as asked and was informed that I would receive the parts within a few business days. Nearly two weeks later I received a call from a gentleman (whose first name I can't recall other than it was hispanic). He asked if I had received the parts yet (my answer was "no"), and informed me that he had taken my call regarding the missing parts, but had shortly thereafter went on vacation. He was very nice, apologized for the situation and said he would make sure that I receive the part the next day (which I did).

I knew what I was looking for when I found Quality Bath, but I wasn't so sure that I had the right measurement. I called customer service and the very nice guy walked me though what would fit best. I'm super thankful for his guidance and his knowledge! My glass shower door looks better than I could have expected. Delivery was super quick too.

We needed a last minute replacement for a faucet that did not fit our needs. Dov at Quality Bath came through for us. We had the faucet the next day at a remarkably low price. It fits perfectly in our new bathroom. I have already recommended QB to a friend who is building a new home. When we renovate our vacation home in a couple of years, I will return to Quality Bath for plumbing fixtures.

We love the shower door that we purchased at over $100 less than our local home improvement store where we saw it.

I had been trying to find a high quality curved shower curtain rod for a long time and I found the Barclay double rod assy on your website. It showed up quickly and I found it to be better quality than anything I had seen before and it is now installed and we are very happy with the function and high quality of manufacture and materials.

I have been wanting to put bathroom in my garage every since the day I purchased my home. After many bids and consulting with friends and neighbors I decided to go with saniflo plus system as it seemed like I would be able to possible do this addition myself and with no jack hammering or breaking up the foundation. I love the unit itself and wouldn't you know it just my luck I found the same unit on another web site for $200.00 dollars cheaper..UUGGHH but am still happy with unit and am still working on bath myself in my spare time. I am a single mother and am learning as I go along but if I ever move or sell this house and the next house doesn't have a bathroom in garage or basement I will definitely use this system again!!!

You should not by bathroom and plumbing items from anywhere else. The items were shipped extremely fast and the prices, well you can't beat them. This place is not a scam, it is a serious business with great customer service and awesome prices. We purchased a whole line of Hansgrohe PuraVida and the prices where around 50% MSRP. The Rohl Farm Sink that I purchased was FAR below any price I was able to find anywhere else. Add free shipping on top of that and this was a SUPER deal. Having it shipped via freight was a little inconvenient but again; shipping was free and the overall price that I paid made that minor inconvenience pretty much insignificant.

Great selection of some hard to find high quality and unique brands. Pricing could be a bit more aggressive but overall shopping experience was great.
