We priced shopped for a Grohe faucet and this website was both cheaper and offered a faster shipping time than other sites we found.

Items were not as described/presented. I returned them and after more than a month have still not received credit despite following your procedures. One item has a design flaw (doesn't hold a full roll of toilet paper) yet I was told would still be charged a 25% restocking fee. Not very customer friendly.

Very helpful staff -- best prices I could find anywhere on fairly rare Jaclo kitchen faucets. Not anywhere in my city to see these faucets in person, so I was taking a big chance. Quality's sale's rep was very helpful and when I placed my final order over the phone she offered an even bigger discount than had been calculated on-line. When I realized the day after installation that I'd picked too small a spout size for sink set-up, rather than try to sell me something else, Quality's customer service rep gave me a direct number to the manufacture and they sent me a larger replacement spout at no cost. I'm very impressed with the reliability and ease this all went. The fixtures are gorgeous. I'd recommend Quality Bath to others and also Jaclo. They didn't need to accommodate me, but they did. I'm a happy customer.

Super fast delivery and best price!

I was very pleased to find Quality Bath, which had the best price I could find on our new Whitehaus sink. The sink was delivered on time, but part of the bottom, underneath portion of the sink had been chipped. I called customer service. They were very prompt with their correspondence. They contacted Whitehaus, which said such chips are normal, will not get worse, and should not be a problem. I hope they are right, and not just trying to get out of an expensive exchange process. I'd honestly not have to go through that hassle, either. So only time will tell how satisfied I will truly be with this purchase!

I had a great experience with Quality Bath. I would recommend that their sales agents review each order carefully so that in the off chance that someone orders parts that don't match or fit the others in the order, like I accidentally did, they don't find out after the return period is over and lose out on their money.

I am a very satisfied customer. I purchased a big shower pan and it was shipped free of charge, I received it within 10 days in perfect condition. I also compared the price to other stores and it was quiet a bit cheaper.
