Quality bath has great customer service and the price is very competitive! Delivery was on time. When I called in to let them know that one set of my order was shipped incorrectly, I received the correct shipment in 2 days. I am very happy with their customer service that I put in my second order right the way. I will let my friends know about them if they ever need to remodel their bathrooms.

Very good and quick customer service quick delivery

I shopped different sites to get the best price on my Hansgrohe shower fixtures. They had the best prices, by far! The delivery time was great, I think it took only 4 days to get. No shipping, no tax...you can't beat them!!

I was redoing a half bath and shopped locally for the fixtures. I found what I liked, then shopped online to price compare. Quality Bath came up in my search at a far less price. I was skeptical about ordering furniture online from a company I knew nothing about, but I read the reviews and decided to place my order for a Ronbow Vanity, Ronbow sink and Grohe faucet. Everything was delivered as promised and I had no problems with my order. I would definitely order from Quality Bath again!

We ordered a farmhouse fireclay sink from Quality, at a good price, and a mounting kit was recommended, which we purchased as well. Ended up, the way we mounted the sink, we did not need the mounting kit. Surprised to learn there is a 25% re-stocking fee, and I have to pay to ship it back, both of which I find quite overreaching. Next, when we ordered the farmhouse sink, Quality did not note, or point out, or advise that we would need a special sink strainer and a special garbnage disposal tube to fit the much thicker bottom of the fireclay sink. This should have been pointed out as required, much as the mounting braket was recommended (but we ended up not needing). Finally, the longer garbage disposal tube was $115 when a standard one is only $35. This was a complete rip-off as the extra material could not have been more than a few cents to make the tube longer. I feel taken advantage of by either Quality or the manufacturer.
