One of the glass door panel broke and it was replaced without charge.

I needed a set of Hansgrohe faucets (high arc and prep) for my kitchen. I was having a hard time finding both in stock for the same vendor. A Google search led me to Quality Bath. The prices were lower than anyone else's. I called first thing in the morning to ask if both faucets were in stock. The representative on the phone was more than helpful. Not only did he make sure both faucets were in stock, but he asked which GPM I wanted and took the time to answer questions I had. The faucets arrived the very next afternoon. My plumber was impressed with the price and the quality of the faucets. I couldn't be more happy!

The Jaclo showerhead mount that I ordered is high quality, and holds my Moen handheld showerhead well. Quality Bath is a very good company to deal with, and has great customer service.

Salesman, Dov, was knowledgeable, accessible and helpful throughout the process of ordering products. He responded quickly to any and all questions and messages left on phone or email. A tub was delivered with a minor chip (eventually hidden with installation design) and Quality Bath offered to ask for a credit from supplier on my behalf. I received a credit immediately. The delivery was as scheduled. Quality Bath tells you what they can do and they delivery as promised. My experience was very good and I do recommend them highly. Thank you.

Customer service is fantastic. I've worked with them a few times over the years to include last week. They have assisted in identifying and ordering sub-assemblies, tracking down products out of stock with manufacturer and are just terrific people to work with.

Needed a vanity faucet to match shower fixtures. Easy to find, great price, fast delivery. Product was perfect, just as pictured and described. Tech specs were right on, which was very important due to tight fit. Faucet installed easily...no leaks...works great...high quality! Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Honestly, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. My original purchase was wrong, I bought vanities that were too big for the space. After realizing this I called in fully expecting a dog fight. They recognized my order based on my phone number and didn't need me to provide an order number. Jack, helped me validate the assumptions and placed an replacement order for me. After placing the order I received an email from the manufacturer that the was a 3 week delay. I called again to check if the were other options and the same person (Jack) helped me find other options and placed another order for me that was in line with my desired shipping time lines. What an incredible experience and totally completely satisfied!

My shipment was lost in the mail so we received it two days later than we were supposed to which cost us time and money with regards to our business bathroom renovation. However, this overall shopping experience was great.

Our shower doors were a good price and quality. They were shipped clear across the country and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery person was on time and very helpful. The doors were pretty simple to put together...after reading the instructions a couple times. And they look great! I would buy from Quality Bath again.
