More important than the great prices, the customer service is excellent. I needed additional plumbing parts and add on products for a faucet I ordered and they reached out to the vendor immediately to get my questions answered and product ordered. I like the fact that you get an direct email address and a direct phone line to the customer service associate assigned to your transaction. This makes the customer service less time consuming.

We came to Quality Bath because we really liked the KitchenCraft brand, but working with Gabriela has been a pleasure. Gabriela did a wonderful job replicating the design from our architect, her estimates were prompt and she really drove the timing of our order so that we could receive our cabinets before the holidays. When she came onsite to measure, she worked well with our architect and our designer. She made this part of our extensive remodel very easy.

There was a small defect on one of the sinks I purchased and they replaced it quickly and easily. I recommend quality bath.com to friends and will use them again when needed.
