I have ordered from Quality Bath for three bathroom remodels at my house. I do a lot of research on line to look for the best price and customer service because the lowest price is great but if the product does not come when stated that can delay your project. I have done business with other online companies in the past but Quality Bath does a superior job of offering great prices on high end manufactures combined with a well trained sales staff that follows through and helps make the daunting task of a bathroom remodel a little easier. The sales staff are very good with call backs and email responses. On occasions when they were not sure of a technical question they called the manufacturer directly and got me my answers. They take responsibility for the advise they give you on your order. Once I was advised to order a valve that my plumber said I did not need and when I called Quality Bath my sales person called the manufacturer and confirmed the plumber was correct and sent out a free label to return the valve for credit. Thanks to Quality Bath I have also saved a significant amount of money on my fixtures compared to prices at the local plumbing showrooms with their high mark ups on fixtures.

Excellent responsiveness on the phone. With many online retailers it takes 'hours' to get through, Quality Bath answers the phone immediately. When the vanity arrived with minor damage, (not QB"s fault) there was no question about returning it and they made the return hassle free with replacement arriving within days. Also, they were exceptionally helpful in finding exactly the right faucet for a tub. When talking to a representative on the phone she overheard me mention a tub and immediately realized that the faucet we ordered would not be right, so then spent almost 1/2 an hour locating the correct one in the style we wanted. Again, returning the wrong one and getting a credit was hassle free. Without her catching our error we could have installed the wrong rough and paid for not only the wrong rough but paid the plumber twice!

We ordered our sink over the phone after seeing it on the website. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and the transaction was quick and easy. The sink arrived to us in less than 24 hours!! It was the best price out there and the fast efficient service was remarkable! We would definitely recommend quality bath and would buy from you again in the future!

THE SINK I ORDERED DID NOT FIT IN THE OPENING I HAD (POOR SIZE ON WEBSITE). CONTACTED THEM TO RETURN THEY WANT A 30% RESTOCKING FEE EVEN IF I PURCHASED A NEW ONE ? THIS WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL, THIS IS NOT WORKING USTOMER IN MY OPINION. I LET YOU BE THE JUDGE AS A FUTURE CUSTOMER, I WILL NOT BE ALSO NOTE THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING

Great price along with a quick delivery. Called before I ordered to check stock and they answered the phone right away ! A competator was a few dollars cheaper but no one answered the phone.

The only reason I was slightly dissatisfied with delivery time was that the item I ordered was not in stock which cause i ripple affect. I understand the company is located in East Coast and I live in the West Coast and ground shipment takes about a week.

I had purchased another granite kitchen sink from another vendor but when I remodeled the kitchen I was in need of a new under mount sink. Someone had mentioned Quality Bath to me so I ordered from them. The new sink was more reasonably priced, larger than the one I had and the Black Granite sink is stunning! Their customer service, selection, pricing and overall experience has been excellent. I will definitely order from them in the future.

Quality Bath and my shopping experience were by far the best in providing a wide range of quality bath products, options, and services. The price-points with Quality Bath are phenomenal in comparison to similar items of lesser quality sold at big box stores. Delivery was fast, and product packaging was very secure, including clear installation instructions and extra screws. We were sold on the product appearance in the website, and in awe of the quality and craftsmanship in the final reveal, which the pictures did not capture. We are thrilled with the frameless glass Euro-style extended tub/shower door, that we installed in our new bathroom. The door is truly a thing of beauty..., just gorgeous. Thank you Quality Bath for superb products and customer service!
