I purchased a bathroom vanity faucet to replace my Ikea one because I wanted to add a low-flow aerator and the Ikea ones don't allow this. The faucet I got from Quality Bath is beautiful and reasonably priced and most importantly I now only use .5 gallons per minute instead of 1.5 gallons per minute. Conserving water is so important for me as I live in drought prone and semi-arid Colorado...

Ordered a granite sink by phone. After the sale, my granite installer wanted me to send the sink to him. I immediately called Quality Bath and asked if it was possible to change the ship to address. Within minutes the reorder was complete. Great customer service!

I was stuck deciding between 2 different farm sinks and the lady was super patient and helpful. The sink was packed with a lot of care and came in about 3 days. Great experience!

I was able to purchase a product (a disposal strainer) that I had trouble finding anywhere else. I contacted customer service by email to make sure the product was actually in stock and to get an estimate on when it would be shipped before I made the order. The customer service got back to me quickly, I ended up ordering the product, and it was shipped well within the window they gave me. I now have the product and am very pleased. The experience was overall very easy and clear, and I am happy with it.

Ordered two items: White Fireclay 30 inch apron sink. Excellent price and quality. Could not believe how quickly this was shipped. Have received many compliments. Beveled mirror medicine cabinet. Originally stated that it would not be shipped for 3 weeks, but it was shipped sooner. Again great price and quality.

Sink had small chip and small area that was sanded down to probably cover another defect.

Naomi helped me and I cant say enough good things about her. I placed my order in increments and she was patient with me the entire way through. She was ALWAYS pleasant on the phone and ALWAYS returned my phone call within a few hours time. I would absolutely shop at Quality Bath again. I thought the prices were better than anywhere else I looked, except for some product lines such as Kohler, which I did find less expensive elsewhere, but not by much.

I actually saw a YouTube video of this product and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's bathroom. I was able to order online and was given a 15% discount with free shipping, which was huge considering the weight and distance that the product needed to travel. Shipping was fast and everything arrived as advertised with no breakage, a concern when shipping a glass shower enclosure. Assembly instructions were easy to understand and only had one problem which customer service provide a solution immediately. We are very happy with the entire process from order to installation and we have received many complements the glass shower/tub enclosure already. Very satisfied with this product and customer service!

Sara, Dov and Mimi were all very professional and thorough with your phone skills, knowledge of the products you sell and genuinely cared about helping me with my decisions and purchasing process that took place over several days. I was impressed at how you all handled it. Its great to know that customer service and helping people in general has not been lost at every company. I run a real estate company with 60 people and try and instill this in everyone who works here. As you know in today's fast paced world we run across people doing jobs they don't enjoy and it comes across in their work. That is not the case with you guys.
