Our shower doors were a good price and quality. They were shipped clear across the country and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery person was on time and very helpful. The doors were pretty simple to put together...after reading the instructions a couple times. And they look great! I would buy from Quality Bath again.

I had bought some Duravit bathroom furniture. When the plumber came to install it proved to be impossible to do. He spoke to a representative at Quality Bath who advised him that he needed a specific spare part. Being a German import it would usually take much longer but the part was located locally and delivered in two days. This is not the first time Quality Bath has been helpful. I will use your company again.

We were planning on using a local store to get all of the supplies for our bathroom renovation, but when we were having trouble with that store, a friend recommended Quality Bath. After calling and talking to Dov, who became our representative, we ended up making all of our purchases through QB. Dov could not have been more helpful. Even when we had some delays with one of the manufacturers, he and another representative Tziporah, stayed on top of the manufacturer to make sure that we received our products. Highly highly recommended.

The representatives have all been very polite and knowledgable. Unfortunately, we got a Grohe faucet that did not have one of the gaskets needed in one of the lines. My brand new cabinets, floor and downstairs got a minor flood (again!) so I am disappointed that there was a quality problem when we specifically bought one of the best faucets to avoid this very problem. And a little surprised we won't be getting compensated for the damage and inconvenience.

Quality Bath contacted me to double check delivery address and to let me know that you would be sending my order in two shipments. I have never received such good service from an online site. The fact that you called, I spoke with a real person (Rikki) and that person was concerned that I would get my order on time with my schedule, this is unheard of service in the online industry. Thank you and I will be looking for more opportunities to purchase items from your site.

Amazing service...Dov is the best. We built a home and needed everything from sinks to door stops. Dov was knowledgable, dependable and fast. He also had a great sense of design. Don't buy anything anywhere else. You will save time and money with qualitybath!!!
