My husband and i working on a huge house remodel project. When it came to bathroom fixtures we came across qualitybath.com. we couldn't be more happier with our choice. Their service was beyond excellent. We purchased a shower system but didnt realize yntil after that the shower system we purchased didn't come with certain parts. We immediately contacted qualitybath.com and theiron customer service patiently helped us find an affordable pieces that would match our shower system their technically knowledge of plumbing was amazingly excellent. The shipping was also quick. We would recommend their services to anyone.

Consultant was very friendly and helped get the best available price. Only complaint was related to Fedex tracking which is not QualityBath's fault. They first said package would arrive in 2 days and then the status went "undefined" and showed up 3 days later in a beaten up box.

When I ordered a farm sink from another site, it was expected to ship within 1-3 business days. I received an email the following day stating it would not arrive for at least 2 1/2 weeks. I found the same item on Quality Bath, contacted customer service to get confirmation this item was in stock. The representative was so very helpful and even placed the order for me immediately. Quality Bath has the best prices I've found for the fixtures I was looking for, and salespersons were very helpful in making sure I had all the pieces I need for our renovation. The only frustration I encountered was that the online store has been closed a lot for religious holidays, making our timeline a bit tight, but that probably just reflects the time of year.
