I'm an architect and I recommend Quality Bath to my clients as a source for plumbing products. They have great prices and, unlike a lot of on-line shops, they are reliable. I have never had a problem with them.

They did a great job helping me assemble the pieces that I needed, and finding fixtures that I hadn't been able to find on my own. They also had great prices and honored previous prices when I went back to buy the same fixtures for another bathroom.

Unfortunately, when the pot filler arrived, we discovered WE had ordered the wrong finish. Fortunately, the return process was handled quickly and exactly as outlined in the purchase terms. They even checked back in along the way to see if we had questions and to make sure things were being handled correctly. In my opinion lots of companies can do a reasonable job selling over the web; but it takes a GREAT company to handle both sales and returns well. Their response makes them a Great Company! Qualitybath.com did an outstanding job and we will be back.

The sink I ordered was to arrive by Thursday so the counter guys could come and measure. Well the customer service put the wrong city and zip and now it will not arrive in time pushing my renovation back 2 weeks because if quality baths input error. Customer service assures me it would be delivered Thursday and it didn't happen! Offered no compensation for the mishap and left me in long hold periods during everyone of my 5 calls! The last one he said he would call back when his mgr got back and guess what no call. I called myself and guess what theynare already closed at 1pm on a Friday!! Did the customer service guy tell me that?? What do you think? NO!! Very unhappy first time buyer!!!!

We just finished our third project with QualityBath as our plumbing, bath, and kitchen fixture supplier. They have been fantastic, especially Dov. He has gone out of his way to recommend fixtures and take care of any delivery issues that arise. When we were pressed for time with a Kohler fixture delivery a few months ago, Dov located the same fixture with competitor and lined up the delivery in order to keep us on schedule, that's someone who is dedicated to his customer's needs rather than his own. We will definitely continue to partner with QualityBath on future projects.

Ordered a freestanding faucet because it was less expensive than the big box stores. Plus no tax! It shipped very quickly and communication was great. Highly recommend.

I go to Naomi at qualitybath.com every time! She's experience and very knowledgeable. On top of that, you can't beat the price!!! Will definitely continue my business there. One thing I don't like are the sales that quickly end. It doesn't give you enough time to make the right decision sometimes. But if you ignore this, the shopping experience is great!
