The product arrived sooner than expected and just as ordered. No problems with the product whatsoever. As far as the price, these items are expensive (towel warmers), but their price beat any other similar products I could find by a good bit. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter, and she loves it.

I needed the Vigo shower panel quickly and quality bath was able to deliver in48hours. in my haste I ordered one that was too large quality bath was able to connect me to vigo and they provided a bracket free of charge so the hose wouldn't hang on the floor

We are extremely pleased with our purchase from Quality Bath. They had the exact (hard-to-find) 33" single bowl fire-clay sink we needed and at a very good price. We were concerned having this very heavy fire-clay sink shipped but our fears proved to be unwarranted. The sink arrived sooner than promised and in perfect condition due in large part to the superior packaging. The sink was double boxed in super heavy duty boxes with expanded foam sprayed between the two boxes to act as a cushion. I highly doubt FedEx could have damaged the sink it was so well packed. We would not hesitate to do business with Quality Bath again in the future.

Chana made ordering the new sink so easy, I wished I had started with Quality Bath to begin with. The sink arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We ordered an Artos Quarto Single Hole/Single Lever Lavatory Faucet F201-1CH, and couldn't be happier with the quality and overall ordering experience.

I ordered about $2500 in faucets and I am pleased with the product and service. I had to return some of the items and reorder. The customer service agent was very helpful and the return process was seamless. I loved to no restocking fee.
