Everything was greatbexcept for shipping company everyday for a week they told me my things were in could pick io tomorrow, then next morning after crew was ready they tell me not there for a week. I picked up my self at terminal I would of thought refund but your folks said free shipping yes but it was supposed to come to my house.not me go get it .everything else great.

Great price on an excellent product. Shipping could be faster (they shipped it fast, but it took a bit to get here) and it could be free, but like most I'm spoiled by Amazon. All good.

I was in search of a white fireclay farmhouse sink for a kitchen install that we had scheduled in a week. I knew that I was up against time and a cost issue. When I found Quality Bath, I couldn't believe the price of the Blanco sink I was interested in as it was $300 less than Lowes and at least $100 less than other online places. The deal got better as I found they had no shipping costs (this thing was at least 100lbs), and the crowning jewel was that they could get it to my house in 2 days. So for a better price than others I got a sink delivered from them (NJ) to me (VA) in 2 days for $0 cost to me. I even got a knowledgeable rep on the phone to walk me through the order and ease any concerns/ questions. Their superior customer service and ability to resolve the issue I had with quality results is why I have since been a repeat customer and will continue to be and spread the word.

Customer service & shipping is important in an online world. At brick & mortar stores, customers have the ability to easily deal with questions, returns, problems. I asked Quality Bath questions to help determine what would best work for my projects. In a survey response to another retailer, I said "I would shop at Quality Bath" for the rest of my purchases, because of the difference in customer service. I live in the middle of nowhere and frequently buy online. I can tell you I deal with both small & large online businesses. I have cancelled, changed, and returned orders, so customer service and shipping is critical. Businesses are built one customer at a time. I highly recommend Quality Bath for customer service, timely shipping, quality packaging, competitive pricing, and outstanding selection. Processing the purchase was a breeze and the product was delivered on time and as described.
